SERVICE COMMUNICATION STANDARDS

• Service staff will return a telephone call within 48 hours
• Service staff will respond to an email message within 48 hours.
• Service staff will acknowledge written communication within 5 working days.
• If a meeting with the service user, or other partners working with us, is required staff will offer to meet within 10 working days and negotiate a mutually convenient time.

These represent our commitment to service users and other partners working with us under normal circumstances. If service staff are out of the office for an extended period there will need to be some flexibility.
